What will my repayments be?
The vehicle repayment calculator helps you calculate the monthly repayments you'd have to make for a given vehicle loan and loan terms.
How does this work?
- Start by specifying the purchase type followed by the price of the vehicle you are interested in buying.
- If you have the option or ability to put down a deposit, specify the amount you are going to put down.
- Are you trading your old vehicle in? If so please put down the value of your trade in so this can be worked into your calculation.
- Total loan amount is the amount you would need to loan from a financial institution to purchase your vehicle.
- What is the interest rate you will be getting from your financial institution? The average would be prime plus 3%.
- If you are adding a Residual Value to your finance plan, specify the amount or percentage.
- Repayment period is the term of your finance repayments in months. This can differ from bank to bank.
